Every year the holidays have an effect on us all, but each family has their own traditions which makes this time of year special. As you take some well-deserved time off this season, try to reflect on how blessed you are and the loved ones you get to share the holidays with. Often times, we are so involved in the daily activities that we forget to take the time to appreciate the memories we are making. From decorating the tree, to baking our favorite cookies, these are the moments we need to cherish. Also, don’t be afraid to make some time for yourself if you are feeling overwhelmed (especially as family drama unfolds).
